M y style as a therapist can be described as gentle, empathic, interactive and intuitive. I believe in the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit and that everyone flourishes when they feel valued, accepted, deeply known and understood. I tailor my approach to the individual needs, interests and concerns of each client. In our sessions, we focus on the here-and-now and also give attention to your earlier life experiences . In addition to "talk therapy", I offer the option of integrating self-expression through reflective writing/journaling, music, poetry, and/or art. Pl ease feel free to contact me to discuss your particular concerns or to schedule an appointment.
